One Eye Toad Shipping Policy

  • The majority of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep about 7-10 business days after receipt of your order. Shipping and handling costs are based on weight. These costs are calculated at the time the order is placed.
  • Should you wish to over night your order, please call us at 202.577.3319.
  • If your shipping location requires an alternate form of shipment, email us at info@oneeyetoad.com with Shipping in the subject line and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
  • Orders shipped within Mississippi and the District of Columbia will be subject to state and local sales taxes (MS=7% DC= 5.75%).

One Eye Toad Return Policy

One Eye Toad is committed to the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction. We sincerely hope that you will be thrilled with any product you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return, please refer to the following policy.

  • One Eye Toad accepts returns within 30 days of the customer’s original receipt of the merchandise. We will provide you with a full refund, less shipping charges, provided the returned goods are in salable condition.
  • ALL SALE/MARKDOWN AND CLEARANCE TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL! WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THIS MERCHANDISE.
  • Prior to shipping your return to us, please first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by sending an email to info@oneeytoad.com with Return in the subject line. We will send you an RA form via email or fax to be included inside your return package. This will help us expedite the return and credit process.
  • Please return all merchandise to the following address:

  • All garments sent for return must have tags and packaging attached in original condition and the properly issued Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. The garment must be unworn, unlaundered, unaltered and undamaged to be accepted. Packages sent back without the appropriate Return Authorization code on the box or not meeting criteria will be charged a $25.00 fee.
  • Returns shipped back after more than 30 days from customer’s receipt will not be credited. This will be measured by the ship date on the returned package.
  • Refunds will be processed within five business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. The same credit card with which you made the purchase will be credited (less shipping charges). Depending upon the card used, credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
  • In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, or that there is a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please follow the standard return procedures, but take care to ship the merchandise back to us with the same packaging in which it arrived to you and a description of the damage.
  • We do not accept cancellations of orders after 24 hours.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself and others when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

You can join our mailing list on our website if you would like to receive announcements and updates about our new products and promotions. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you submit the sign up form and 'double opt-in' by confirming your sign up in an email we send to you. You can unsubscribe from the list at any time by clicking the link in any of the emails.
